Don't Take the ( Race ) Bait

I'm VERY somber about the ambush of Baton Rouge officers by Gavin Long, and lives lost. Legitimate law enforcement reformers and police supporters must speak in one voice that the solution to alleged bias can't be ambushes and holding a profession hostage.

A war between Blacks and Blue ( police ) is methodically being rolled out. It's in society's best interests, from the Hood to the Heartland, not to play destructive racial roles being offered. We can't play into the bloody hands of those anxious to destroy everything held dear by law enforcement reformers and police supporters.

Don't take the ( race ) bait dangled before us. Somebody wants a war between brothers and badges to happen soon as possible.

  1. There have been efforts which for the most have succeeded by conservative radio talk show commentators and their counterparts on Fox News to make the Black Lives Matter a scapegoat for the actions of individuals like Michah Johnson. Even though according to media accounts , Johnson never identified himself as being part of any organization. Somebody may want a war brothers and badges, the question is who and what entity has it in their best interest to start one? They say follow the money, so some arms suppliers are fattening up their bank accounts. If it's the hood, arms for cash could be taking place in the alleys and out of the trunks of cars. When it comes to the badges, every manufacturer's son and daughter will be beating a path to the precinct house to show law enforcement their catalog featuring all kinds of goodies. At the end of the day everybody (Blacks and Blue) is getting played. Meanwhile the weapons suppliers smile all the way to the bank. Hey, after all this is "job security" for them.
